FCA Flag Football League- 2025

FCA Sports provides exceptional youth sports experiences shaped by coaches and volunteers committed to helping athletes not only sharpen their skills but discover truth, belonging, and strength in something greater than themselves.

FCA Flag Football League is co-ed for kids entering 1st-6th grade for all levels of athletes. Each player is required to come to evaluations on Aug. 9 at First Baptist Church Melbourne (time TBA) where they will do some simple drills in order for teams to be fairly drafted. The season will start September 6th and end October 25th from 9am-11am every Saturday. Games at practices will all be held at SOUTHWEST Park on Florida Ave.

Season Schedule:

9:00am-9:45am- Practice

9:45-10am- Huddle Time

10am-11am- Game

Parents will take turns providing snacks for their teams. Each player will receive a uniform. Each player will needs a mouth piece that is REQUIRED during practices and games. Players will need to wear cleats for all practices and games. All flags will be provided. We suggest all parents to bring their chairs/blankets/tents as there is no bleacher seating or shade.

Location for all practices and games is at Southwest Park.

Wrestling Club (Fall 2025)

FCA Wrestling Club is at Merritt Island High School and led by director Graham Smith. The club runs August 25th- November 6th. All participants must have AAU memberships.

Elementary and Middle School Division - 5:00 PM to 6:20 PM on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

Advanced Division - 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM on Monday and Thursday
